Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 days for processing as each candle is made to order. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped via email with a tracking number. Once the package leaves us, delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen items. If your package is missing you will need to contact USPS or UPS and provide the tracking number. If you chose free in-town delivery, you will receive an email notification once your order is delivered to your door step.
