Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. If your items are damaged or broken please email hearthandcraftco@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement. We do not offer free returns on undamaged products. Recipient must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund of the subtotal will be issued once we have received your return.
