Shipping & Returns
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing as each candle is made to order. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped via email with a tracking number. Once the package leaves us, delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen items. If your package is missing you will need to contact USPS or UPS and provide the tracking number. If you chose free in-town delivery, you will receive an email notification once your order is delivered to your door step.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. If your items are damaged or broken please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement. We do not offer free returns on undamaged products. Recipient must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund of the subtotal will be issued once we have received your return.
MY CANDLE ISN'T PERFORMING WELL WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Each order should come with a Candle Care instruction card. This can also be found under the "About" menu above and "Candle Care." It's important to know how to properly light and care for our wooden wick candles for overall safety and to give your candle the longest happiest life.
